People call it ADHD, I call it life.
Because when it’s the only reality you’ve ever known, it’s not a label, not a diagnosis , not a “thing” it’s just life and you unconsciously assume this is how it is, how life is, how your life is and how you are…
Except… no. Turns out, it wasn’t simply you struggling to keep up or figure things out,
Here’s the kicker:

-
There’s nothing wrong with you. You just came with extra spice.
-
ADHD gets challenging when you try to fit a star into a triangle.
-
There’s another way.
Maybe this sounds familiar:
You mean to do things with all your heart… but then you forget.
You’re constantly on the run—mentally, physically, emotionally.
There’s that creeping sense you’ve missed something (again),
and you’re always racing a to-do list that feels impossible to conquer.

If you’re tired of running on adrenaline, guilt, or pure willpower—
you're not alone. And more importantly: there is a different way to live with ADHD.
This is where coaching comes in.
Not to “fix” you. Not to make you more productive or more palatable.
But to help you understand how your brain works—and how to work with it, not against it.

Coaching gives you space to pause, untangle the noise, and start noticing what actually matters to you. Together, we look at what’s not working, why it’s not working, and what might work better—in a way that fits your life, not some perfect version of it.

We work on the real stuff:
-
The overwhelm that sneaks in even when you're trying your best
-
The procrastination cycles that wear you down
-
The motivation that shows up on its own schedule (if at all)
-
The shame that’s been quietly building after years of “why can’t I just…?”

You don’t need more willpower. You need support, understanding, and tools that meet you where you are.

If you’re curious about how coaching could help, let’s talk. No pressure, no “transformation in 30 days” promise—just a real conversation about where you’re at and what might be possible.

What is coaching? The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfilment." Ultimately coaching is a collaboration to explore your goals, tackle challenges, and tap into what truly drives you. You bring your experiences, ideas, and dreams, and I bring tools, structure, and thought-provoking questions that help us dive deeper. Together, we’ll come up with strategies that fit you, so instead of just following a plan, you’re building something that really works for your life. It’s a supportive, motivating space where you’re heard and encouraged, with both of us working side by side to help you grow.
-
Is coaching like therapy? Not really. Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or processing the past—it’s about building practical tools and moving forward with clarity. If you're currently in therapy, it's best to check with your therapist before starting coaching, since doing both at once isn’t always recommended. But if you're in a place where you're ready to try something different—something action-focused and empowering—coaching can be a powerful way to start showing up for yourself in a new way.

Can I get funding for coaching through Access to Work in the UK?Yes! If you're based in the UK and have ADHD — or any condition that affects how you work — you may be eligible for Access to Work funding through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This government scheme provides financial support for workplace adjustments, including specialist ADHD coaching and strategy support. You don’t have to be in full-time employment to apply — it’s also open to freelancers, self-employed individuals, and those starting a new role. If you think this might apply to you, I’d be happy to help you understand the process or provide info to include in your application.

“Before I came to see Caterina, I was struggling with trying to get so much done, but not getting anywhere, and just feeling like I was running around in circles. Caterina helped me with so many things, I can't even begin!! Just learning that I am the CEO of my life, I feel freer. I feel… I feel good!! Thank you, Caterina!! ."
Anne, IRL
"Caterina is an incredible coach. She has guided me over the last year through many step-ups in my life, and I am so grateful to have worked with her. She brings the most incredible amount of wisdom and knowledge, as well as a hugely profound professionalism. She is somebody who holds herself to those high standards, and she walks her walk, not just talks her talk. If you are looking for somebody who is going to hold you accountable, who will get you to the place that you want to in this life, who will help you to identify those goals and to reach them, then Caterina is one of the most incredible coaches that you could possibly work with.."
Erin,CA
“Caterina has been a ray of sunshine in my life since the moment we met! We worked together for a few months last year while I was going through a particularly tough time and I always felt so supported. She listened, encouraged me, challenged me, asked tough questions and did a great job at not letting me use my excuses to get in my own way! Caterina is an incredible coach and anyone would be lucky to have her in their corner!.”
