Hi I'm Caterina,
I am so glad you found your way here!
You weren’t made to fit into boxes — you were made to be you.
If you’ve ever found yourself pretzeling to fit in — twisting, shrinking, over-performing — just to get through the day or be “acceptable,” you’re not alone. I know that dance well… and I also know it’s exhausting.

I believe your personality, your story, and your way of thinking matter. You’re not one-size-fits-all — and neither is your life. That’s why everything we do together is tailored to you — not some generic method.

My coaching draws from a rich blend of modalities: ADHD Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Ontological Coaching, Mindfulness, Transformational Coaching as well as my own life experience and consulting corporate background. Fancy stuff yes, but in practice, it means we meet you where you are and work with what actually works for your brain.

I believe joy, clarity, and well-being aren’t luxuries — they’re your birthright. And when you're feeling good in yourself, everything starts to flow. So…

You’ve tried doing it in a million ways, are you ready to figure out one that really works for you?
About
My path to becoming a coach didn’t start in a classroom or with a five-year plan — it started flat on my back in a hospital bed in 2015, after a completely unexpected health crisis. I picked up a cocktail of tropical diseases while traveling on a business trip, and suddenly, life as I knew it came to a halt. Intensive care. Long recovery. Deep uncertainty.
I had to rebuild from zero — not just my health, but my whole life. Especially my relationship with myself. And there’s nothing like endless days in bed to make you really face yourself. Nowhere to run!

As I slowly regained my independence (with amazing support from my family), I realized I’d been living on autopilot — and hyperdrive. Sure, I was “successful” by most standards — climbing the corporate ladder, checking all the boxes — but inside, I was exhausted, unhappy, constantly trying to figure it all out, doing the “right” things, and still feeling like I was falling short.
Before that fateful day in 2015, I’d burned out not once but twice — even got medically signed off — but I never stopped striving. Except most of the time, I was just spinning my wheels, waiting for something to finally click. I was so unclear and so desperate that one day, I even googled “how to follow your gut” — as if Google knew more about me than I did!
It’s embarrassing to admit... but I also know I’m not the first person to feel lost, overwhelmed, and secretly hoping there’s an instruction manual out there for how to do life “right.”

Looking back, I now understand why. I have ADHD — a brain that’s curious, creative, and fast-moving — but also deeply prone to overwhelm and overdrive when it’s not understood or supported. Like so many others, I didn’t know this about myself for most of my life.

Everything started to shift when I hired my first coach. Honestly, I almost cancelled that first session, thinking this is stupid. But something in me chose to stay — and thank goodness it did. Coaching helped me figure me out. I reconnected with my values, rediscovered joy, and began creating what I needed to actually thrive — even as I was rebuilding my health and my life from the ground up. It was the start of a whole new chapter.

Now, almost ten years on, against all odds, I have a pretty healthy body — even though at one point I was offered a disability pension and an antidepressant after two years of zero progress. I’m clearer than I’ve ever been. I live a life that fits me. Not perfect, but pretty damn good. And when challenges show up, I know exactly what to do for me, there’s a kind of ease that comes when you truly know yourself.

In 2017, I began my first formal coach training — a huge turning point for me. I continued deepening my work, and by 2020, I became an ICF-certified coach. But it wasn’t until a conversation with a family member in 2023 that the ADHD component “fell into place”. That conversation opened my eyes to ADHD coaching

Although ADHD had been part of my life since the ’80s, I’d spent decades managing my own unique “flavour” of it without ever naming it. Honestly, it’s no surprise — ADHD in women wasn’t really studied until 2017 and all I knew was the hyper little boy stereotype.

Now, ADHD coaching is my full-time focus — and my absolute joy. I work with smart, sensitive, driven people (many of them neurodivergent) who are ready to build lives that feel more easeful, more aligned to who they are.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much,” “not enough,” or just plain tired of pretending to be someone you’re not or pretzeling into life — I see you. You’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. You just need support that actually fits you.

That’s what I’m here for.

On a personal note ....
I’m half Italian, half Australian — which basically means I’m hardwired for connection and good food! Outside of coaching, I’m all about growth, health, and meaningful experiences, whether that’s diving into a deep conversation, spending time with people I love, exploring a new corner of the world, or chasing that golden hour light. (Yes, I’m a total sucker for a good sunset.)

I’m also a dog lover, really enjoy reformer Pilates, and a good book — they’re some of my favourite ways to recharge.

Life, for me, is all about creating moments that feel intentional, connected, and fulfilling
